For UK mortgage & protection advisers
Fact-find, AML, cases, client portal and communications in a single system — with an FCA-ready audit trail written behind every action, automatically.
Built for advisers, administrators and CeMAP graduates alike — dense enough to be fast, plain enough to learn in an afternoon.
Why we built it
Ian Baker and Daniel May on the everyday friction in a broker's day, and the human connection a system should protect rather than replace. Ninety seconds, sound on.

The product
Most advisers run a spreadsheet, a sourcing tool, an email client and a filing system that never quite agree with each other. Bravis is the single place those four things stop disagreeing.
Seven sections — personal, employment, commitments, deposit, property, mortgage, credit. A save bar frozen to the bottom of the screen shows exactly how many required fields are left, per section and overall.
An applicant rail down the side of the case. Add someone with just a name and fill in the detail later. Copy an address or employer from applicant one instead of typing it twice.
Postcodes are checked against the live UK postcode database as they're typed, and the town and county fill themselves in. Where an address can't be matched, a manual override is always one click away — and the fact it was hand-entered is recorded against the AML file.
Upload, verify, escalate. When a document is sent back the client sees the actual reason and a button to replace it, rather than a status badge they have to ring you about.
A kanban board through every stage, with stage history recorded — so you can see how long a case sat where, and answer why.
Clients complete their own fact-find, upload documents and follow their case. Photo quality is checked on their phone before anything is submitted.
Email builder, SMS, call logging and full conversation history against the client record, plus automated journeys for nurture and follow-up.
Pipeline, conversion and adviser performance — with introducer attribution, so you know which referral partners actually convert rather than which ones talk most.
Products approaching expiry surface before the client starts shopping around, not after.
Data capture
A form with a hundred required fields feels bottomless, and that feeling is why fact-finds get left half-finished. Bravis makes it finite.
Representation of the interface, not a screengrab.

Applicants
Multi-generational purchases and limited-company structures are ordinary now. A system that assumes two names on a form makes the adviser work around it.
Documents & AML
The biggest drain on administrative time is the bad scan. It arrives, it gets rejected, nobody explains why in terms the client understands, and the loop runs again. Bravis closes it at both ends.
Representation of the interface, not a screengrab.
Compliance
Every action against a client, case, document or product writes to an audit log. Consent and vulnerability are captured with the timestamp and the identity of whoever recorded them — because “we always ask” is not evidence.
Who did what, to which record, and when. Written server-side so it cannot be backdated from the interface.
Vulnerable-customer assessment against the four FCA drivers, and GDPR processing consent recorded with its method and date.
Records carry a retention expiry. Subject access requests can be exported in a click, and erasure is a deliberate, admin-only act that tells you exactly what it did.
Recording and transcription default on, with a one-click mute mid-call — for the moment a client starts reading out a card number.
Roadmap
We would rather tell you what is not built yet than have you find out during a demo. These are in development and are not available today.
We are onboarding a small number of firms to run Bravis alongside their existing software, so you can compare the two on real work before committing to anything.
